Consultations
A clear, measured path — in the clinic or online
Every relationship starts with a thorough first visit at the Nocera Inferiore studio, where your history and body composition are properly measured rather than estimated. From there, online follow-ups keep the plan moving wherever you’re based — including clients based in Dundee, Scotland.

The first visit (about 90 minutes)
The first visit is deliberately unhurried. Nothing is prescribed before your history and your current physiology have been properly assessed — this is where the plan actually begins.
01
Anamnesis. A full physiological and dietary history — medical background, current eating pattern, lifestyle and goals — taken together with you, in detail.
02
BIA bioimpedance assessment. An in-clinic bioelectrical impedance analysis mapping fat mass, muscle mass and hydration — an objective baseline instead of a guess.
03
Fitmate & adipometry. A Fitmate reading establishes your real basal metabolic rate, and skinfold adipometry adds a further, precise check on body composition.
04
Your personalised plan. With every measurement in hand, your plan is drafted together with you before you leave — built around your biology and your life, not a template.
Remote · anywhere
Online follow-ups
After the first visit, we continue the journey remotely over video call — reviewing your progress, checking in on how the plan fits your real week, and adjusting portions, foods and targets as your results change. It’s the same clinical attention, without the travel.
Online follow-ups are how clients based outside Italy — including those in Dundee and across Scotland — stay on track between visits, or continue the whole programme remotely once the initial assessment is complete.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the questions we’re asked most before a first visit. Each item opens and closes natively — no script required, fully keyboard-accessible.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring a form of ID, any recent blood test or lab results you have, a list of medications and supplements you currently take, and comfortable clothing — the first visit includes a BIA bioimpedance reading and adipometry, both quicker and more accurate without heavy layers or shoes. A few days of notes on what you typically eat also helps, though it isn’t required.
How long does the first visit take?
The first visit takes about 90 minutes. That covers a full physiological and dietary history (anamnesis), an in-clinic BIA bioimpedance assessment, a Fitmate basal-metabolism measurement, and adipometry — followed by drafting your personalised plan together, before you leave.
How do online consultations work?
Online follow-ups run over a secure video call at a scheduled time. We review your progress, talk through how the plan is fitting your real week, and adjust portions, foods or targets as needed. Clients based outside Italy — including in Dundee and across Scotland — can also complete their entire consultation pathway online.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an in-clinic or online appointment, so the slot can be offered to someone else. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a fee — just get in touch as early as you can and we’ll always try to find a workable alternative.
Which languages are consultations held in?
Consultations, both in-clinic and online, are held in English and Italian — whichever you’re more comfortable with. Let us know your preference when you book.
